I do every second week of waking up at 5am just to read for an extra hour and have a slow breakfast and honestly I love it. I feel better to start off the day with something I enjoy doing but if I just wake up at 6am to get ready for work it just puts me in a bad mood for the entire day 😅

I wake up at 6am so it’s not insanely early but still early enough and it’s my absolute favourite thing to do! Being up and about before the majority of other people is so peaceful and you can get so much done before the day has really started. I love going to the supermarket as early as possible because it’s normally so quiet and makes grocery shopping slightly less painful haha

I don't think it's so much that waking up early is better for you. I think it just gives you "more time" to get things done during the day, but if you're able to be productive at night I don't think it makes much of a difference. My most productive hours are definitely the afternoon/early evening. Also, I absolutely LOVE your hair this length.

I think getting up earlier gives you more time to be productive or get shit done! But also you’d prob go to bed earlier so that’s good! For me that’s extra good because I have my sweetest tooth at night so if I went to bed at 9 and got up at 5 I would feel so much healthier! And for you living in aus (I’m in the uk eww) it would be so worth it to see the gorgeous sun rises I’d be getting up (and waking my kids up with my alarm) to see grey skies and rain!! But I would love to do it because I would love an hour to myself before the kids woke up!! 🩷🩷🩷
