Lots of frequent and fast high impact movement can put pressure on their joints and cause damage in the long term, and the adrenaline of play means they sometimes won’t notice if they have overdone it or injured themselves. An alternative is ‘controlled fetch’ where your dog waits and then you hide a toy for them to find xxx
