I believe your question was, "What do you do when it's cold and rainy?" Well, being that I live in Seattle my answer has to be all the same work/chores I do when it's sunny and warm. Rain, cold and damp can't slow you down. If you let it you'd never get anything done. We're heading into the second week of May and it's raining and 50 today. Tip: if you ever want to come to the Seattle area do so between the 4th of July and Labor Day. That's the only time Seattleites can promise good weather. Loved seeing the twins and Bailey as they happily went along on their day.

I layer my frito pie like lasagna. Fritos, then chili mixture then cheese. Then another layer. Plus I use the chili cheese Fritos instead of just plain ones!
