Video idea 💡 Now you track your nutrition on my fitness pal…can you do a full what I eat in a day and show the nutrition at the end of the day I.e. iron, potassium etc. I struggle to meet all the vitamins even when I really try and am malnourished so asking for a friend to teach me so I can be a nourished healthy lady😅❤ Love your videos btw lovely lady xx

I have to say I am so not use to the baked beans and how much and when and how you guys eat them! 😂 I'm in ca. And there are a couple steak houses that bring beans for a side dish complimentary with bread and most the time people don't even eat them! 😂😂 👍 neat to learn these things diff. Cultures.
