Idk if it was the music or me just being an emotional pregnant mess but the beginning of this video was really touching. You’re an amazing mom and it’s something palpable even from a screen.

I have to try the soup! such a cute and heartwarming video. Can't believe I have watched you for three years from the start of your pregnancy. I'm in my early 20s so have no little ones yet but I really enjoy motherhood videos... I hope to be as sweet as a mom as you are. Bless your little family

you can alter this recipe by cutting your carrots in pieces. add also zucchini and potatoes in pieces, a cup of water, 1/3 cup of olive oil, mix everything up, and leave them in the oven for 2 hours, you get a greek briam, which is really good. you can eat it with feta or yogurt

Holistic nutritionist here! Proud of you for making all these changes and trying to better your body 😊 A few tips, anti inflammatory means different things for everyone. Grab a book on intuitive eating and take notes over time so you can better understand what foods your body doesn’t and does agree with. (Sorry there’s no quick fix) Also stick to honey! It’s the most nutritious source of sugar… agave on the other hand is pure sucrolose and spikes your blood sugar like crazy. As far as veggies go, most people have less of an inflammatory reaction when they are cooked a bit. Stay away from raw kale. Okay best of luck!! Keep it up rockstar mama

Brit don’t feel bad. I started gluten free and anti inflammatory for my Hashimotos and PCOS it is sooooo hard in the beginning but it gets easier trust. A tip I used was to print out a sheet with good food and bad food and stick it on your fridge for the first few months. You’re doing great babe ❤

I'm sorry, I haven't watched many of your recent videos, the (one of the) last I watched was when you talked about the major health challenges in your family. I am hoping your Mom is doing better. And, I am relieved if I misunderstood your other video, in that your daughter is not battling serious health concerns as well? (I only ask because of how much I've been concerned...and if I misunderstood, I will be so thankful).

Tomatoes carry lycopene which prevents the production of inflammatory cytokines which may reduce the risk of inflammatory diseases, though they are very high in potassium. You may want to avoid potassium having an autoimmune disease. As long as you don't eat too many of them 😊

Not sure if you've already done this, but I'd highly recommend a food sensitivity test if you're looking to identify foods that may be inflammatory for you personally. I also have an autoimmune disease & I was surprised by some of the foods I was 'sensitive' to that I was eating almost everyday!

Nighttime undies 😂same here for my soon to be 4 yr old in August. Do you have a plan yet for nighttime potty training? I did potty training with big little feelings you recommended and that worked great. Daytime is all set but I feel she isn’t ready for night time yet, I am over ordering the pull ups lol if you have any tips I’m here for them!

The best way to reduce inflammation, is to regulate your nervous system & blood sugar. These meals are really low in protein & fats. Which are essential for a balanced blood sugar. Low calorie, low protein & low fat meals cause stress on the body. Stress is the worst thing for inflammation.

I need your tip on how to put toddler to sleep as you do! 😂 my 21 months old son cannot understand that he should lay down and calm down… he keeps on jumping and wants to play… he only does this to me. He is calm and OK with my husband. I am getting lost with this :(

A mum hack, cheesey mash potatoes, include normal potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrot, zucchini, garlic. My son 2 and a half laps it up , add salad if you want on the side.

That soup looks really delicious but doesn't seem like an anti-inflammatory recipe. I would stay clear of anything high in lectins. Tomato and peppers are at the top of that list. Stay clear of all the nightshade veggies.

For me its inflammations in my hips and hands from overworking my body. I would love to see how it works for you. I have to find toddler approved anti inflammatory recipes 🤔

Tomato and bell pepper are typically not good for people with inflammation issues, like fibromyalgia for ex. I imagine arthritis and Endo would be the same.
