Please do not lay her in devices not meant for sleep, even if you are awake. (Especially a pillow inside of the bassinet.) This causes positional asphyxiation, which is silent. Even if you are awake, you may never hear it. There’s a reason behind the warnings on all of these items.

Best advice I got when I had my son is to do everything you normally do at home, run the vacuum, have music on , make noise so that she will learn to sleep through anything! It’s a life saver especially when you’re out and about ❤❤❤ she is adorable ❤❤

My 1 year old (just now 13 months) sat and stared at this video 😅 he was fascinated by Ivory. Would smile every time he saw her. Congratulations! She’s beautiful. Even if she doesnt bf she could decide to start pumping. It's not to late for her to try if she wants to or maybe she has and it just didnt work out. Either way baby is being fed and that's all that matters.

The jaundice light was one of the hardest things I've ever had to go through. Not holding him physically hurt my body it was so hard to explain and he would not stop crying cuz his stomach was upset they did discharge me from their care the second day but i still stayed like normal with him absolutely nothing changed I still use their palms I stayed in that bed I stayed in the gowns they just didn't give me medication or check my vitals anymore unless I needed them to

I am so amazed at how good you are doing and moving around after your emergency c- section! You both have that new parent glow! ❤ I admit I hated pediatrician appointments and shots! I cried as much as my daughter did because I always had to help hold her while the shots were given! You do it because it's for your child but, yes, it gets you in the heart when they cry.

My first daughter had such bad jaundice and the hospital still sent us home! Our pediatrician had to re-admit us to the nicu two days after we got home! It was TRAUMATIC! She had daily blood draws for over a week after having her. She’s perfectly healthy now and almost 2 years old! It’s definitely so scary to go through, I’m so glad your little blessing is doing better! You guys are such amazing parents! ❤

My youngest is 11 and I still have burning stretching feels like I’m ripping open pains in my scars. I feel like it’s something that will never go away. I will tell you the more you better be commented on some of your Facebook stuff if you can wear compression garments a girdle, anything that will help you tremendously with healing with your stomach bouncing back your skin not being saggy and pain sounds crazy to have something tight on you, but I swear it will help. I had no help with all three of my kids and I had emergency C-sections with all three and I damaged my stomach a little bit having to do everything by myself so compression 100% she’s beautiful congratulations I comment on your mom stuff on TikTok all the timethe time she’s amazing. Y’all are so blessed.

Wonder if she was Coombs positive. My 4th was. She had the same lights for 2 days. It was AWFUL. I ended up holding her in the chair with the lights on us both and in her light blanket. I couldn’t stand it anymore. Nurses gave me glasses to wear too

You’re such an amazing momma Drue! I had my c section almost a year ago! I know the recovery pain is rough. If you haven’t already, try ice packs and a heating pad for your incision! Also the Frida baby scar covers were a life saver and helped me feel SO much better!!

After my c section my husband and I slept on the couch for a solid few weeks because it hurt me wayyy too much to sleep in bed! I could prop myself up better and then roll off the side of the couch instead of using my abs to try and sit up in bed! That may help your pain!!
