Oh noooo what happened to you guys? I followed you when I started Keto in 2020, but then I fell off the wagon spectacularly. I'm back on now and doing well, and came back for your cheese sauce recipe which is unrivalled!! I was at another event in melbourne and after that finished a friend invited me to coe across the road and taylor-Gate with her and her daughter.......I couldn't believe the crowds there........I had fun though.

So pleased you liked Rear Window and 12 Angry men in particular and the others. Was 12 Angry Men the original Henry Fonda one or Jack Lemmon remake. Both are very good. I didn’t know anything about Taylor Swift but I saw this week of the wonderful donations she gives to Foodbank. She has got a lot of good karma stored up. i think the fact they have not posted in 5 months should clue you in. the bigger one won't put the effort in. Also the reason why they never get skinny is because of the high calorie count they consume- the skinnier one is able to more or less maintain because shes active. see it comes down to more than just "doing keto" keto is great if you do a clean and smart version of it. they don't- they meal cheat, eat high calories and just generally don't put the effort in to get there. granted the skinnier one is trying harder but it comes down to the fact they don't calorie count. if they did they would have reached their goals by now.

You guys live a great life! How good was Michelle Heyman! I'm with you for the soccer, swims, runs and backyard beautifying but honestly don't get the hype around Taylor. She's good but really? I've never seen people doing a vicarious free live concert like that and think that was the best! More money for the travels.
