I've been hanging out for Anzac bikkies. I have the substitute golden syrup for this. Just haven't gotten around to making these yet. Now I'm going to have to make them. Did you know- Anzac biscuits were sent OS to the fighters as they lasted quite well and were still a bit crunchy when they arrived.

So glad to find this recipe on your website (and then followed here to watch the preparation). I've been looking for a really simple peanut sauce recipe but keep coming across ones that need loads of ingredients. I have pure peanut butter (99.5% nuts with a tiny bit of salt- no other ingredients). I was using a ready-made satay sauce that you were supposed to add coconut milk to but had a bad reaction to anything with coconut in it for several years. I ended up having to use thickened cream instead. I've now gone from a keto diet (due to onset of diabetes in Feb 2024) to an almost carnivore diet. I say 'almost' because I love to add some sauce or flavouring ingredients to meat, as long as it's all low carb and I limit the amount used. Will definitely try your peanut/satay sauce. By the way, even though we mean peanut sauce when we order satay, 'satay' actually refers to the style of cooking and not the added peanut sauce.

I LOVE Jervis Bay. I used to take my nephews and niece away each summer (my mum and dad were their guardians at the time but they're all grown up now). I can't afford anything in Jervis Bay anymore so it will be car-camping on the side of the road if I ever go again. I was just talking to someone the other day about going down to Green Patch again. She'd never heard of it so might make a trip there soon, especially whilst the weather is just starting to warm up (end of August 2024). The locals put out a book a number of years ago (which I bought) that details all the beaches and bays around the area. It's worth a look!

Looks tempting with perhaps a basil pesto addition? I actually gave in and had a Domino's pizza tonight. I had just beef mince and onion with a tomato base on a thin & crispy base (though I didn't eat the base). I usually only buy their chicken wings (no sauce, oven baked only, no outer coating on the chicken). I got the one pizza and a ten pack of chicken wings.

I've just tried this recipe for dinner... It is amazing I like it, but I used butter and little olive oil to cook instead of coconut oil because i don't have coconut oil... and also I added little salt and pepper to the mixed eggs, the chicken, the prawns and cabbage and the noodles themselves .... it is amazing and don't think this way it is too salty... I put a little bit for each ... it was just perfect and thank you so much for this amazing recipe.

I was at another event in melbourne and after that finished a friend invited me to coe across the road and taylor-Gate with her and her daughter.......I couldn't believe the crowds there........I had fun though.

I know this is an old video but hopefully you see this. We have an elderly cat who started to have seizures. I immediately started researching feline keto diets as a form of management. That is how I discovered your blog post. We have been feeding her a modified version of your Diet for months now. She is a new cat! She is active in a way she hasn't been in a very long time and she has put weight back on. It's pretty amazing. So I just wanted to say thank you.
