Hi, Tom! Thanks for the review of this chicken crispanada. Hence the name, it definitely looked really crispy. I'm glad yours had a good amount of filling: I hate it when pastries don't have much filling. Don't worry about pronouncing the name incorrectly--when I first saw the title of the video, I thought it said "empanada"--we all had trouble with the name, just in different ways, I guess. haha Thanks for sharing!

It was tasty and I would get it again if it comes back and I'm in the mood for one. As far as me mispronouncing the name, that's just how my eyes chose to read the name on the ticket for a bit, I guess, until I was in the middle of editing the video, and my eyes went, "WAIT A MINUTE!!!!"
