Darren! Thanks so much, that means a lot. I work really hard on these and this one definitely has something special. They were so fun to be around.

@@JeremySheppard I couldn't agree more. The southern hospitality it was like family. That's one but many reasons this video was special but "Girl Named Tom" never heard of them before and now I have and wow what a treasure. Their voices and charm and just who they are and everything mixed together in this video made me think of so many good things about life and forget the trash that is going on out there right now. Music friends and family and good ol southern hospitality never gets old and I can't forget the beautiful mountains and what they bring too. Thanks again for this wonderful video it was such a refreshing video to watch.

"I'm asking for a friend" is a winner. It reminds me of Ian and Sylvia's "Four Strong Winds"

It is so wonderful to see a "Girl Named Tom" stop by and receive such down home hospitality. I be they really enjoyed their time there. They are such a warm family and I think I remember that they were being trained as doctors. I am so happy that the chose to play music they are so amazing. Great video.

Thanks this was amazing, I felt like I was in church, at the park by some slow moving water, back in junior high among friends, all at the same time. Heart felt singing and a loving grandfatherly figure who makes beautiful under priced guitars... I want one, and Lord willing I'll get one, that and a 'girl named Tom' CD, not asking for much. Jeremy, may all you guys be forever blessed.

SUCH a great video! Great info on the guitars, but I really love Girl Named Tom. I even tear up too often listening to them sing. I hope and know they'll have a great future. I really wish a tv network would give them their own show something along the lines of the old Osmonds show. Thanks for a great video!

Jeremy: Thanks so much for this thoughtful video -- a confluence of beautiful souls drawn together because of their labor of love. I have followed GNT since Day One of The Voice and attended three of their recent concerts, including Harrisonburg, VA, the evening following this video. The depth of GNT's heart and humility, their intelligence and integrity, their talent and gift was readily apparent -- early on -- to thousands of people like me. And....they are even better live on stage! This video provides a window into the hearts of these artisans of sound and song, and makes us all the more grateful for their presence among us! Thank you again. Bruce Greer, Baltimore.

Great video. It shows once again what wonderful, beautiful people comprise Girl Named Tom. Even if they weren’t such superb musicians I would have loved to be friends with them. I was born way too soon! God Bless this family!

How very fun. I'm very sure I would love a Showalter guitar, although it's almost guaranteed beyond my budget. But I love his work and how his guitars look and sound. He does beautiful work.

This truly is one of those channels that you always feel better after watching. It's what these platforms should be used for. I own a music academy and whenever I wan to steer our students toward something positive on KZbin, this is the place I send them to. Thank you for being passionate and sharing that gift with others... SSMA

Love Showalter Guitars! They sound unique and look unique . That band has amazing harmonies. Great video Jeremy. Keep em comin. I'm currently finishing up a guitar. Has Jatoba back n sides with a sitka top, maple neck, rosewood fingerboard and bridge. I might put a little birch veneer on the head stock. Not sure yet. I have no idea what it will sound like. lol But will post a video or two on my KZbin channel when it's done. Won't be the same class as Showalter i don't suspect.
