Let's spend the weekend at Whistler Canada, which is just 2 hours north of Vancouver, B.C in Canada!
If you've never been to Whistler Canada before, one of the primary reasons to come to Whistler is to enjoy acres and acres of skiing and snowboarding!
Whistler hosted the winter Olympics back in 2010. The Olympic rings can be found at Whistler village as well as in the middle of the mountain of Whistler Mountain!
During one of the trails riding along Blackcomb mountain, we accidently stumble upon the Whistler Ice-Caves! Unfortunately, the only way to access Whistler Ice-Caves is to ski/snowboard down towards the Cave.
Take a look at the video in order to figure out how to access the Whistler Ice-caves!
If you're not interested in participating in skiing/ snowboarding activities, people can hang out at Whistler village. They have a plethora of different stores, restaurants, and other gift-shops people can visit.
Lost-Lake Trailhead
Whistler also provides great hiking/ snowshoeing/ cross-country skiing in the area! In order to access the Lost-Lake trail, you will need to stop by the Lost-lake visitor center to buy your ticket. I recommend bringing your own snowshoes, micro spikes, or Yak tracks otherwise you're going to have to rent. They will not allow you to access the trails without the proper equipment.
