Omg how hazel has grown so fast and she so advance for her age. Love ur dad and so nice to see ash as don’t get to see much off off him. Deep heat is so good for aches and pains . One thing would say the kids look so well and healty while you been away please don’t start them back in the junk food as it looks like they been fed good food from both grandmas while you been away. What they don’t have they don’t miss. All this artificial processed food is not good for them and all these juice drinks and sweets are not good for them. What ever the grandmas fed them they look good on . Please don’t go back in giving them fast food. Can we have a vlog on what ash does in a day please.

Best remedy for trapped nerve behind the neck is to apply deep heat, use a rolling pin in up and down movements. Then put hot water bottle when sleeping. Hope this helps
