You can make bread pudding with the excess rolls. Soak the bread in milk of your choice. When soft marsh with potato marsher. Add cinnamon, vanila essence sugar or condensed milk. You can add coconut flakes as an option, grease your pan and put in the oven. When it is dry on the knife. It is ready. Wont be as dry as a cake.
