I love the play on the larger Olympic size / European ice. The NHL ice surfaces seem small and crowded wth the size of today’s players. Good start for Canada!

I love the Spengler. Every year I have watched it since somewhere in the 90's. I wish I had the money to go. Singing along and clapping, stomping your feet with 7,000 people seems like a real good time.

@@dikbozo the party atmosphere at this tournament cannot be described, you really need to be there to fully understand it

@@hockeyfanice7371 the year i went i attended several Team Canada games, when i went to get a ticket for the gold game the girl didnt seem to want to sell me a ticket in the most expensive section i was asking for, she kept telling me "this" was the section i wanted to be in, well im glad i listened as it was the section with all the Canadian fans and player family members etc by far the best place to watch us win the Gold, even better when the game ended the families all spilled onto the ice and I ended up just going along as if i belonged and was on the ice getting photographed with the trophy and the team etc, it was pretty funny, and memorable lol

It's fairly simple. What's difficult about it?

....and that's why you have Canadians on your team.A team put together at the last minute to play against a team that plays together all season and beating them.
