Reason why buffs made barley op: •The buffs increased his dmg by the same amount as his 2nd star power, and they stack. •So barely does 1.8k. With dmg gear he does 2040 per tick which means 4080 dmg per attack. •This makes barley the thrower with the most dmg per ammo in the game (Hyper charged dyna with dmg gear does 4000 dmg per attack). •His super cycles faster and does more dmg

Biggest problem is that his gadgets are more utility based; even the slow doesn’t really help him defend himself so he needs teammates to protect him.
