We're on a similar journey, we're just getting started as well. Really awesome to see content based around working with a distributor and boosting allocation. I'd love to see content around how you chose what to buy to boost your numbers with the distributor if you ever feel like making it!

For sure! There is so much to talk about when it comes to inventory. I think a video on how to get a distributor is in the near future and what products to buy and spend. Lots of the time I am asking my supplier if they have bundles cause you can get sought after product as long as you know how to move the not so desirable ones.

@@PokeStocked That's such a great point about figuring out how to move the stuff that isn't hot right now -- we're currently specialized in Japanese product, and since we just started, we tried to order some from most sets that made sense -- but a lot of the early Scarlet/Violet sets haven't moved at all because people are so focused on Super Electric Breaker/Paradise Dragona. I'm going through some of your older content, really great advice!!

@@ChampionTCG_FL Thank you! Yeah, I've been selling JPN product since a year ago and older sets tend to not move much. It's important to not get so much at once for JPN cause the price fluctuations. Good question. I think the misunderstanding is that Distributors have product readily available for you when you sell out. The reality is that they do not. Most allocations are determined upon release and the chance of getting more product is slim to none. Sure you can sell out, but your store would likely sit empty for a while after that...
