Dear Mam, it was a nice video. I am a 60 years young boy. I am having diabetes & BP since 2013 but it is under excellent control with the support of medicine (Janumet 50/1000mg - 1 Tab twice daily, Amaryl 1mg - 1 Tab daily & Losar H - 1 Tab daily).... no other complication. I used to do Gym regularly but it's stopped due to covid since last 14 months. Now I'm doing light yoga, walking etc.... Physically I am active...
