Hi Ido like the rig run downs but i think you should run through more in depth. What remap, turbo, intercooler, Does it have? Legalization of certain lift kits etc. Maybe add some reviews of what the owner thinks of different accessories and why she/he has chosen them over other brands.

Unless I'm confused, isn't this the definition of BOUGHT not built? :) @0:33
@SkozzaAU5 жыл бұрын
you are confused. you cant buy this from toyota. this is a custom rig, this is built not bought.
@samuelstylin5 жыл бұрын
@@SkozzaAU The prevalence of comments on the internet would seem to indicate that BOUGHT refers to someone who pays to have a custom 4wd created, vs BUILT refers to a 4wd where they did all the work themselves. There's also a common attitude around the forums that someone who pays a company to fabricate/install a bullbar, snorkel, set of draws and do all the mechanical upgrades (i.e. bought) is somehow not as legit as someone who can do all this work on their own (i.e. built).
@SkozzaAU5 жыл бұрын
@@samuelstylin i dont care what the internet thinks nor do i bother with forums. i usually dont even bother with youtube comments but i get how people can think that way, imo it's still built even if people pay for custom labour. as someone who does work on his own 4b himself i have to admire the custom work on this beast. people built this, you cant get this from toyota, that's what i consider bought, the custom work on this vehicle is amazing. i couldnt care less if it's paid for, the people who built this rig have mad talent. gotta admire it.
@SkozzaAU5 жыл бұрын
if the standard between built and bought is simply not to pay for labour when customizing then i beg to differ, one could argue if truly built not bought, that means you build everything yourself, you dont buy anything. you dont buy a custom snorkel, you build it, you dont buy custom bars, you build it, you dont buy a fridge slide and fridge, you build it, you dont buy all the 12volt gear, you build it, you dont buy the custom exhaust, you build it, you see where im goin with this lol... imo, anything custom from the factory is built not bought, and again, i love the custom work these people do.
@samuelstylin5 жыл бұрын
Exactly! And hence when some battler decries "bought not built", you have to wonder where he has drawn the distinction in his head. Because I'm sure that somewhere along the line, he has paid for something. Not to mention, we are seeing companies (e.g. Patriot Campers) sell a fully modded super tourer straight off the factory floor. If you ask me, that's BOUGHT. That's why I think the phrase is useless either way, from whichever interpretation you want to argue for.
