Absolutely love star wars movies don't get me wrong I don't know every line of every movie or dress up like characters but they're awesome and the droids are fantastic. Just got r2d2 (first sphero droid) he's charging up. Wonder if they'll do cp3o

You actually do need specific droids for the ships in AR. I've got BB-9E and you can only use him for The Supremacy.

I really like the Sphero R2D2, the looks, the moves and the app are great. The problems with the hairs of the cats is not zo good! It is a pain in the *** to remove the hairs, what do you think?

The hasbro version has a guard feature , set it up in your room and if it detects movement it sounds off , dose this sphero do that as well

Just got mine and he's AWESOME!!! One question though, i'm concerned about the middle foot and its plastic bottom. Really concerned this'll get damaged/scratched/worn very quickly and if anyone had any ideas how we could avoid that with some kind of mod. I've tried sticking some velcro (the soft side) to cushion it somewhat but it throws the balance off. Whatever could be used would have to be very thin, hard wearing and smooth. Any ideas?

Have you tried R2D2 with the Force Band? If so, I've been trying to connect R2D2 to it, but it won't sync. Both droid and band connect to their individual apps, but when trying to use the Force Band in the R2D2 app, it doesn't detect it. How did you make it detect?

No the force band only works for bb8 and I think they made one for bb-9e
