Nice vid, all very well explained! For me it just missed the explanation about the RF receiver, what's its output which leads the circuit to lit up? Or does it just work as a pass through like a switch for example? Liked and subbed!

Thanks for the support :) Yes, the RF receiver output acts as passthrough, but only when a signal is received of course. Therefore, any components connected to it need to be supplied with enough power by the passthrough. Don't forget to join my discord :) Link in description!

QUESTION: I have 4 turrets which all I would like to hook up to the single RF transmitter which would notify if the turrets are low on ammo. Which item do I use to combine 4 turrets signal into one RF transmitter? Thanks in advance.

They would have to be connected with a few OR switches. However, since the turrets only output 1 power, you would need to use the electrical branches as well to provide enough power to pass on to a single RF broadcaster. What I'm saying is, it is possible, however, it might be easer to have an individual broadcaster connected directly to each turret. They can all be set to the same frequency.

@@SpibsTV I thought of using multiple RFT, yet it would be expensive solution. SO there is no simple solution for this atm.. Simillary, I was trying to expand Your idea with having the generator as a backup for the battery, by adding another generator, but I would need split the signal wich was going into one generator by also going to the second one.

@@niebieskipies Well, there I wouldn't say it's overly complicated, but having individual broadcasters for each turret wouldn't cost too much more, and would be FAR less components needed for the same purpose. It would also mean you would have far less power requirement to fulfil the same need.

Glad you like the vids, my dude! I have played on that one before, but didn't really like how the server was setup. I use an EU build server, just because it is setup better IMO.

So I have a quesiton... Im building like a sniper tower and I have garage doors all the way around, is there a way to wire it with a laser to where when I enter the tower they all open and then when I go back out they all close? Like a laser toggle switch essentially EDIT: I did it with the memory cell but it seems to only work if I walk into the laser from one side only if that makes sense

I think the laser may still need work with it's reliability. I was going to suggest using a memory cell, just make sure you have your "trigger" (e.g. laser) connected to the Toggle input of the memory cell. If the laser isn't working properly, you could use a pressure pad instead, or, alternatively you could use a HBHF sensor to detect you while in the tower. This would have the added benefit of closing the doors automatically if you die. P.S. Nobody likes a roof camper :P Happy sniping ;)

@@SpibsTV So im an electrician, EM is like lights that come on if the building ever loses power but its only a select few... I basically Wanna do it to where every other 3 lights will be on during day and then they all come on at night, so I was thinking of introducing a blocker into my current lighting circuit and then use a solar panel to it so it cycles the majority of them on or off, but I dont know how to have a set always on no matter what and then the other come on at night, if that makes sense, if not I joined the discord and ill try to explain better over voice lol

Server?

For building? Personally I usually use intoxicated EU Sandbox. There is also a US version available I believe. I find it has the best tools, and has reliable use for testing electricity. The only downside is it doesn’t go night, which is the case with most build servers, which is why I simulate the sun setting by disconnecting something in my circuit in a few of my videos.

Takes times to learn, but once learnt, it's quite simple. Build exisiting circuits, take time to understand it, then go from there.
