14:48 they do notice, but all the members of Milone Trading Company already know about her, so she doesn't have to hide her tail.

In the first episode she said she needed either blood or wheat to transform into her true form.

After this Arc, Lawrence's covor story for Holo changes a few times, the most common one is that Holo is his buisness Partner, he comes up with this to explain why they hold hands so often, it's only natural that business partners shake hands, another is that she's a traveling nun under contract with him. He will later change it back to Holo being his wife, the cover story he used with the church in episode 3.

Holo's wolf form was more threatening in the original anime and the manga, the beatdown was also more brutal. She literally swallows a guy and throws him back up in the manga. I think was making sure to put the fear of -god- wolf in em

Man, you need to rethink your BINGO Card. Our hero Lawrence may be credited as being a shrewd and talented merchant, but that may be an overblown characterization of him. Homeboy has a hell of a talent for getting into situations where people are genuinely trying to murder him and finds himself on the wrong end of pointy objects more often then one would expect of such a talented guy. Lol but on the bright side I think Holo may soon discover what Apple Pie is!

It's an Invoice from the Milone Trading Company, not Holo's writting, it fact it later becomes plot crucial that Holo can't read nor write.

I think you need to re-watch that plot. Holo not being able to read is a plot point indeed, but I really think you missed the absolutely crucial part of that plot. I won't spoil it cause that would be mean to anyone that doesn't already know what you're talking about, but the whole not being able to read and write part was let's call it misdirection.
