Cheers ShizzleDizzle052. Still in the expeirmentation phase of these tutorials so the next one will change a bit. glad you like the patch, Don't forget to experiment too, i changed the oscillator to the new noise one and i had some interesting results.

@@Aisjam I've had this thing since launch and I'm still make 1 or 2 new patches a day on it. I run mine through the Korg NTS1 for FX and I've done a few things like a battery pack mod to make it more portable and I've color coded the white LED's on the different modules and matrix. It helps when you switch to a patch to understand what's being modulated at a glance

@@Aisjam if you're using background music i'd recommend not using something with a lot of plinky treble/upper mid sounds as that tends to be the most distraction

@@FeelRealRacing nice. love mods, I try to go for reversable mods if i can but that sounds super helpful. I make my patches from the last preset number. Ive got a few libraries sitting on my pc. its such a cool box.

dude that sounds sick. i was disappointed the microfreak had no distortion (I guess they want you to buy a Microbrute) so I'm curious as to what's actually going on there? I'm not entirely sure what the Cycling envelope does aside from being a second LFO or ASDR

I feel they focused on making an awesome synth at the lowest posible cost. its a devation from the norm and havent seen something else like this for the price in market. So a bit of a chiptune trick with making destorted sound is having a very fast vabrato on an instrument. the cycle envelope its at 2ms long. this is modulating the detune and the tamber of the analogue oscilator giving the illusion that there is destortion.
