How come I never knew this existed? Sir Elton John is such a legend, and the Spice Girls bring light to everything they take part in... Even Posh's vocals are surprisingly good here!

It’s not actually surprising. She is a good singer. She sang the lead in Do You Think About Me live a capella and sounded great. All of the claims about her not being able to sing resulted in her being placed under a lot more scrutiny and people just started tearing her apart over every vocal flaw. Mel C is a great singer but she fucked up plenty of times and no one ever points it out because they’re not listening for it.

I think the song is in Victoria's vocal range as the reason why she sounds like the best of the 5 on here. (They lowered it a step, I believe. It's not in the original key)

Either way, this was the one time her mic was NOT turned off! There is that one sequence around 5:20 where Sporty intercepted her queue probably because they felt she could handle it better, but then they got right back to Posh for the next one.

😂 Lol oh the laughs from this one.. Geri asking to do a duet, even though they all rehearsed it which is cute how they did that stuff back then for the show.. Then she sings very flat and off key as she says that word key. Her voice that day was not her best. She can sing pretty well with a cool sounding graspy voice and sounds great in the studio recordings for her songs. I love this performance. Geri just had two messy words. Key and heart. Maybe she had a cold.
