Agree. She was so young here, too.

I think she's let go of that spark she had. That campy, spontaneous side I loved. I get that the media bullied her a lot, tagging her campy as trashy, but i never saw her behaving or dressing or anything in bad taste.

@@Teletubbo89 She got it the worst. They called her fat, attention seeker, anorexic, bad role model, not talented, annoying etc. She was wonderful, she was never fat at all but they damaged a young womans spark and energy and self worth. She is lucky she was strong enough to still manage somewhat sane and friendly, she could have easily ended like Britney. I don't get why people felt the need to bully her so much, she looked wonderful as a Spice Girl and soloartist, no matter which size she was and she was never even chubby anyway. She always came across so friendly, fun and likeable to me. I just wanted her to succeed and be happy. I hope she is today even though i agree she lost her particular Spice spark but maybe thats also got to do with life and aging in general. She went through alot losing her Dad at 21, her brother is recent years, her eating disorders and obviously the heartbreak and break ups we all go through. I do not blame her for not being like she was in her mid 20s here.

@@Teletubbo89Yeah, not sure what's been going on with her lately. It seems like she sees herself differently now, especially with her new career as an author and her role as a mom etc.

@@Marc-zi5cq Geri is definitely resilient. Though more low-key lately, she brought bright ideas and bold energy. Her determination and zeal paved the way for the Spice Girls' success, making them global superstars and pop icons. Her antics helped to keep them in the spotlight, and while all the Spice Girls were equally motivated and on a mission, Geri's ballsy drive really uplifted the group, catapulting them into stardom.

Geri isn’t a Vamp, or even an Exhibitionist. She was a highly ambitious opportunist who wrote the most whimsical Cosmo Shopping List, lol…. Ginger Spice was just a mask for her to reach her goals.

None of them cracked the USA... apart from Posh, but that was for her fashion business, not music.

Ginger/Mel C/Emma had a little mainstream/dance play moments there, Ginger's debut was more promoted there than Mel C's Nortehrn Star.

This cancer interview was a b.s . ,the REAL reason she left was jealous of Mel B getting Engaged

As a life-long Spice Girls fan, please never spew this BS ever again. What an insult to the girls. Don't believe smear gossip just because it's the juiciest.
