One thing in the 2lb tin only needed was 1lb 14oz of dough, as I was thinking it's like a 2lb loaf laters 😀

Can you make a Jamaican bun? It is more like a cinnamon bagel and with that glaze. Also added carraway seeds. 😊

I found the recipe very easy, I take it that caraway seeds are optional 😀 very much like my normal cakes, then the other recipe is very much like my hot x buns but dark in colour, in fact both are darker in colour 😋 now I will have a look for some Jamaican spice 😋 laters Steve

Blimey how come the large amount of yeast
@crazybaker16 ай бұрын
1.5 oz of fresh yeast, add it to the spice and salt from butter and eggs, and less than this, you could be waiting for Christmas 😅 if you want to slow it down or make it quick it's up to you 😉 😜 the video I recorded this morning which is now gone missing on my new insta360 ace pro 😀 would have explained all about speed in the bakery 😀 😉 laters

@johnscrivy so I made this recipe this morning and every day. Ingredients based on flour 6lb = 2721g ÷ 7 = 388g, fresh yeast full recipe is 12 oz = 340g ÷ 7 = 48g hope this helps 😋 👌
