Your lines always put a smile on my face. I even catch myself pulling my 'guitar face' at various points. I got notification that you have a new course coming out on TrueFire. I pre-ordered it a couple of days ago. I can't wait to sit down with it. Thanks for putting this stuff up on KZbin Mr Ruch!

Thanks a lot Jack! I love the Maj 7 sound over the minor chord and the way you address the non diatonic chords. For me when you say arpeggios, I just think triads...I guess its kind of the same thing but my brain works faster that way. Much appreciated!!

Another great lesson Jack. As a Patreon and True Fire student of yours I can say that your instruction has directly improved my understanding of the instrument. Love your style of instruction and playing. Have to make a trip from Tampa to Nashville and see you live soon.

Jack! I find your videos some of the best guitar lessons on KZbin. One bit of feedback - if I am following your fingers below the 5th Fret it gets blurry. Seems like a simple fix on camera settings but otherwise perfection

Dear Jack, First of all, I would like to congratulate you for the very pleasant and unmistakable style, the excellent taste, and the great creativity that distinguishes you. Then I would be grateful to you, if could tell me where I can buy a method by you to learn how to play guitar I your style. Thank you in advance! Kind Regards, Carlo Zanini

Another approach is to use an Fmaj7 arpeggio, it will outline the sound of a D9 over that D7. And when you find "your" lick within that substitute arpeggio, it will turn heads.
