Now I am in south of France I order online from Germany there is online indian grocery. I get everything I need. I can confirm this recipe is a little strange, however it delivered outstanding flavour and presentation for a egg curry and is ideal with tandoori naan. I am impressed! I can not stress enough the methi ingredient is critical to aroma and taste
