Spice jet will fly only when they have adequate passengers from the departure, indigo usually arrange with same day other flights. especially from Varanasi spice jet follows very delayed services

Nobody is taking any steps... A lot of passengers were suffering...my sister booked a spicejet ticket for 27 dec 11 o' clock_ it got cancelled and after arguing a lot they gave an alternate flight after more than 24 hours (29 dec 6AM), then this flight get again scheduled and they are informing at 29 dec 2AM .....they should literally close their company... What guys I understand fog hai ..nhi leke ja skte fog Mai...to din m leke jao na ..sunny day tha kal....kyu again early morning pura din nikaalne ke baad...itna faaltu waqt tumhare paas hoga passanger n flight book ki hai to kuch urgent hi hoga...really facing a lot dhe to this....I got stuck in banglore alone...me and my sister were about to meet in banglore...now I am alone... waiting for her from the past 2 days. Jese aap nearby airport p divert krva rhe ho ..vese hi passanger ko nearby airport (jaipur) se departure krao.... remember if you give this much bad service you cannot make a brand ever

Sure, scream and yell at the ground staff that's already under pressure. Surely that will solve the problem. People need to understand that if the flight is delayed due to technical difficulties it's usually for your own benefit, would you rather sit in a plane that would dysfunction in the middle of a flight or would rather wait an hour or two to make sure you're flying safe.

That could be a operational delay.The ground staff can do nothing. They are just third party ground handling staff mostly.Passengers deserves full refund or alternate arrangement. Equally disturbing is the unruly behaviour of Indian passengers. They are cursing, ill and loud mouthed shouting with no manners.
