I used to drink and eat hot spicy Thai food, you have to be careful if it's really spicy like a green curry seafood dish it'll mix with the alcohol and make you really sick. It's better to just have coffee or tea with it.

Snow beer sound fancy but the reality it’s like put ice in beer. And yes Renee Harold, hot beverage will be the best after hot spicy oily food especially tea. I suffered from hernia hiatus & gastric. so snow beer plus those meal is like the ultimate pairing of hell meal to me 😆

There is no doubt that you and your family are blessed. Having the chance to try all the diversity of food. The deliciousness from you expression every time you savored the food its no way to denied that. I'm currently living in a Country that has no way to compare in terms of food with all those Asian places you've been. So while I watching your video, I got hungry. I ran to my kitchen, and I made something good out of nothing. (I'm broke at the momment, money and food wise😕) So I found an instant ramen pouch. I shopped some onion, a few leftover pieces of pepperoni, baby carrots, two pieces of red chilli peppers, seasoned salt, cilantro dry leaves, yellow curry powder, 1/2 tbsp. marinara sauce (leftover sauce from garlic bread) garlic powder. Cooked it in the microwave and Violá! It came out good, and too spicyyy! I looked into my empty fridge, and found an old chunk of cream cheese hiding. I added a piece that still good, to lessen the spiciness on my invented curry soup. Yet, I was still sweating bullets while eating it and watching your video.😊 Thanks Mark for the great experiences you share thru your videos of the delicious diversity of food you eat, and places you visit.
