In this video, we have shown how to make Simple and Easy Roast Chicken. We have provided step by step process so you guys can enjoy One Pan Roasted Chicken and Potatoes at home. SPICY Baked CHICKEN | BEST Roast Chicken & Potato without Oven
Ingredients:
Chicken - 500 gms
Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tsp
Chopped Green Chillies - 2 tsp
Chaat Masala - 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder - 2 tsp
Kitchen King Masala - 1 tsp
Dahi (Curd) - 200gms
Red Chilli Powder - 2 tsp
Haldi (Turmeric Powder) - 1 tsp
Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 2 tsp
Kasuri Methi - 2 tsp
Oil - 5 tsp
Salt
Potato - 1
Carrot - 1
Tomato - 1
Onions - 2
How to make a juicy baked chicken | How to bake chicken without oven
Step 1: Marinate Chicken with Ginger Garlic Paste, Chopped Green Chillies, Chaat Masala, Garam Masala Powder, Kitchen King Masala, Dahi (Curd), Red Chilli Powder, Haldi (Turmeric Powder), Kashmiri Chilli Powder, Kasuri Methi, Salt and Oil. Mix well and marinate it for 3 hours.
Step 2: Cut 2 potatoes. Fry it in hot oil. Fry until golden brown.
Step 3: In vessel, add Rock Salt/Salt at bottom. Place a hot pot stand. Place a plate covered with Foil. Add Marinated Chicken, Fried Potatoes, Tomatoes, Carrots and Onions. Add Marinated Masala on top.
Step 4: Cover the lid with dough. Cook on low flame for 50 minutes. Juicy Roast Chicken is ready to be served. Serve it hot.
