Spicy Beef Fry Recipe | A delicious south Indian Delight

Beef fry is a delicious dish popular in many cuisines around the world.here’s a basic recipe inspired by the traditional South Indian style :
INGREDIENTS:
. 1 (450 )beef ,cut into small pieces
. 2 cook until the beef is tender. Using a pressure cooker, cook for 6 -7 whistles add turmeric, chilli 1/2 spoon,salt , ginger and garlic crushed
. 3 ) oil 100 ml 1 large onion, finely sliced 1 inch ginger, 7 garlic minced
. 4 green chilies 4 slit lengthwise curry leaves 🍃 1 sprigs
.5 chilli powder 1 tablespoons, coriander powder 2 tablespoons, salt , turmeric 1/4 teaspoons pepper powder 1/2 tablespoons
.6 Garnish with fresh coriander leaves 🍃
