Ingredients
Boiled Chickpea/Chana/Chole - 2 cups
Onion - 1/2 cup finely chopped
Cucumber - 1/2 cup finely chopped
Tomato - 2 tbsps finely chopped
Handful of chopped Coriander leaves
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Ground Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp
Chat Masala - 1/2 tsp
Salt as needed
For Salad Dressing
Juice of 1/2 a Lemon
Olive oil - 1 tbsp
