Before Pizza became popular, there used to be a Pizza place here called Marinas, in the 1960's that sold a completely unique Pizza (in todays terms). It was a traditional italian pizza, not the American style. There was no sauce, the dough, when cooked was a soft dome rather than a dish or pan. It was more like a open sandwich than a pizza, and the flavour was sublime. I've never tasted a pizza as good since then; and I'd would love to. It was that good.

Here is one everybody hates until they taste it.. Chicken: Marinade in sweet soya, salt, vinegar and sambal (Minimal 6H) After that, take it out of the left over most. Place it in a bowl and season it (Spicy chicken/Burrito seasoning - see below) Base: NO tomato souse!! But sweet chili souse instead (HOT version or spice it up with Sambal) Mozzarella & Cheese (Mix to your own flavor.) (tip try Young Dutch cheese) Union fine cut (Choose your favorite one) The chicken. (Place over the fine cut unions) Sprinkle some cheese (mix) over it (I use mozzarella & young Dutch cheese mixed) Union bigger cut Red and yellow Paprika (Small slices tomato if you like that) sprinkle (left over) sweet chili souse (HOT) over it Top it of with your favorite chees (mix) (I use young Dutch cheese only for on top) Place in the oven.. (After you can top it with spinach or Rucola leaves if you like that. I do without) The mix of all flavors combined is amazing. (IMO) Never met anyone that did not like it and/or did not come back for another slice. My spicy chicken/Burrito seasoning is: (Unit is spoon. Seasoning is powder) 3.5 Paprika 2.5 Chili 2 Caraway (Crunched seeds (Cuminum cyminum) (Cumin can also but changes the flavor a bit) 2 Oregano 1 - 1.5 coriander 1 cayenne 0.5 garlic 0.5 salt 0.5 (black) pepper 0.5 ginger Chicken: Marinade in (sweet) soya, salt, vinegar(or lemon) and sambal (Minimal 6H) before adding seasoning. Works for hot wings, nuggets, burrito, pizza ect basically many spicy chicken recipes.. Enjoy
