Not sure if anyone official will see this, but using coriander roots (of course, properly washed) to flavour the stock would bring out the fragrance of the coriander even more. Its leaves are typically for garnish and added texture to a dish.

"Official" meaning Gordon Ramsay or the people who work for/with him, so that they can take note of such cooking tips. He's not entirely skilled in Asian cuisine anyway, from the looks of it. I didn't think my comment would cause any kind of confusion though.

Cat Lynne We're going to use new zealand peanuts for this sauce. Earthy, salty, sweet. Make sure to infuse the sauce with plenty of olive oil and blend until it emulsifies. Castor sugar in. Delicious. For the jam, raspberries and chili's add an unexpected kick in the sandwich. Easy, simple, delicious. Add in some olive oil and salt to taste.

Nope. us here in singapore use lime leaf for soups and chowders, fish sauce and lemon grass for chicken stews and limes for additional taste/condiments. The noodles is vietnamese, but the clam soup can be seen, eaten and has different roots and variations from the other asian countries. So the safest thing you can say is that this is ASIAN in nature, not just vietnamese.
