I think the debate is on how to clean...and if the clean does tendorizing/and seasoning of the meat. Scrubbing with lemon is going to do something different than scrubbing with lime or orange. Fresh fruit scrubbing vs. Soaking in concretrated juices. Then, soaking in white vinegar might do a little something different that apple cider vinegar. Then if someone does all of the above..🤔
