@@yannicktube It’s called “Tajin”, I’m sure you’ve heard of it. In case you haven’t. It’s basically powdered chili, with limon salt, & regular salt. It makes it PERFECT for fruit. I sprinkle it on watermelon, oranges, apples, melon, mangos, cucumber , fruit salad.

I love spicy food too (not too spicy to the point of overwhelming the taste) and my tolerance is very high when it comes to spicy food, but I live in Europe so I’m aware our level of spiciness is definitely way lower than that of Mexican/Korean cuisine. I’d love to travel to Mexico, India and Korea someday and ask for a regular local dish and see how spicy it is!

I remember a trip to Thailand. Once went to a local KFC and ordered some random spicy chicken wings dish. The dude looked at me and asked in broken English: are you sure? It's spicy. It won't fix your stomach, but you can get the burn off of your hands and out of your mouth with a fat or oil (that's why they say milk, because it's fatty. Oil just has more lipids, so works better). Or alcohol. Hand sanitizer then soap and water will clean your hands, swishing and spitting/swallowing liquor will clean your mouth. Beer and wine don't work very well as they're pretty low alcohol.

I'm Korean, and I can handle really spicy food. But sometimes korean restaurants are putting stuff out that is so hot that it feels like I'm dying. But it's all about that feeling of the recovery period when the spiciness starts letting up. It's like an out of body experience and your soul is returning to you. That's the high you get from eating spicy food
