Nice to see Mark in Korea again. I discovered Mark's channel in 2016 as I was planning my first trip to Korea as an adult and was watching videos of Korea on KZbin - been a subscriber since. It so happened that Mark had just been to Jeonju, my mother's hometown, and had made a video series in that area. I got to try some of the places Mark had been to and was not disappointed. Since then, Mark has guided me to good eats during my trips to Thailand, Japan, and even places in my home area of Los Angeles. Thanks Mark! Keep doing what you're doing!
Korean food is the ultimate comfort food. I don't think I can go a full week without warming my heart with a Guk, Tang or Jjigei of some kind.

Oh yea just to let yall people know, because of Korean BBQ recently becoming popular you might think we Koreans are meat based eaters but that is so wrong. Majority of our food is vegetable based. We even have vegetable root dishes. Lastly, when you are trying Korean food, don't be deceived by the look and smell. I promise you all Korean food is one of top and exceptional when it comes to fermentation knowledge.
