Let's make Spicy Mutton Chops
Ingredients:
Mutton Chops: 8-10
Yogurt: 3-4 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste: 2 tbsp
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli: 1/2 tsp
Cumin Coriander Powder: 1 tsp
Ground Spices (Garam Masala): 1 tsp
Shangrila Sriracha Sauce: 2 tbsp
Note:
I used this hot sriracha sauce in replacement of lemon juice & red chilli flakes. Also you can adjust spices according to your taste.
Recipe:
Take mutton chops & flatten the meat. Now add yogurt, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli, cumin coriander powder, ground spices & Shangrila hot sriracha sauce to chops & mix well. Now marinate the chops 5-6 hours or overnight.
Now grease the pan with oil. I am using grilled pan, you can also use simple pan. Now grill the chops. Cook each side 3-4 minutes. Also flipe the sides 3-4 times to cook them well.

Serve the hot spicy mutton chops with your favourite sauce.
