In Myanmar, we call that coconut noodle soup ( Ohn Noh Khao Swe) .That is a traditional Burmese dish.Similar dishes I know are Laksa and Khao Soi ( from Northern Thailand).

Shwe taung khao soi is what we call in in Myanmar. It’s the same recipe.

@@paosbookcorner one minute of google will tell you that it's Origin is Thailand. "Khao" is a Thai word for "Rice" because the noodle is made from slicing Rice Dough. and "Soi" is Thai word for Slicing. Just because it's popular in your country, doesn't mean originate from your country.

Ramen always feels like I’m making my soul happy, I know it gets slated as a student Neal, or simple cheap food, but it really isn’t, ramen can be as simple or as complex as you want it to be, the flavors, and variations are endless, I don’t think I’ve ever made ramen once and not enjoyed it. 🙏☮️🙏

In SE Asian culture khao soy is either served with egg noodles but for me (being from Laos) we serve it with wide rice noodles. Broth is so complex and best thing is you can adjust to your taste buds.
