Instead of starving yourself with one starch try eating fruit for breakfast, salad for lunch and or dinner or a small portion of salmon. Just dont do the one potato diet cuz you'll eventually binge or jack your metabolism up not to mention your digestion! Also dont eat four burgers or a serving for 5 of rice cakes for mukbang! MODERATION! Take care of your beautiful self girlie! No hate here just a concerned mom😚

I ordered some Spicy Rice Cakes from Amazon and they were really good to not be homemade. Yeah, I can't think of any American dish that I could compare it to. Folks just need to try it. I really like the texture. No fish came with it though.

Hi hyunee! I read something before about owners who had a hard time giving their dogs a bath. So they would smear some peanut butter on the wall of their bathtub and their dogs would be so distracted licking it that they didn’t even mind bath time haha maybe you can try a version of that with your dogs to help with putting the booties on!
