No, cold and raw. It's already cooked in the package. Here's a perfect dessert recipe: just add it in the blender with some cacao powder and maple syrup or other liquid sweetener is 😚👌 And healthy too! 8 g protein per serving and 0 cholesterol, obviously. It tastes divine without the "bad"
