Pressurise the taros with the skin on one some salt. Maybe 3 whistles. Then make umrok and ngari paste as usual. Remove taro skin and mix with umrok paste. Add salt and maybe some lomba crushed into it. Onion slices or spring onions/coriander leaves as per choice.
