@@ChrisShepard8122 Just what did they PUT in that spaghetti?! I can only guess LOTS of pepper extract, possibly ghost pepper in this. This seems the pasta version of the one-chip challenge. (Which is why I don't do more than a two-pepper heat level for a non-Asian dish, maybe three if an Asian dish.)

lol, I tend to put a lot of heat in most things that I cook. Recently, I made spaghetti with chopped seeded jalapenos and mexican chillies in the sauce. It was rather hot and created a sweat on my head as I sampled it. I packed it for my work lunch the next day. Well, somebody at my work must have taken it out of the fridge and eaten it, as it was missing when I went to heat up my lunch. It makes me angry that my lunch was stolen but it also amuses me that somebody got way more than they bargained for when eating my stolen lunch.

One thing about Singapore, and about Asian countries I've noticed? You can walk down the street without being hassled whether you're a man or a woman. That is a really nice thing! I liked this video because you showcased a lot of good food, and it also shows that you're not perfect or indestructible, which increases your appeal to me. I'm glad you bounced back from that, because I suspect that even one bite of that would have done me in but good!

This seems like the "Spicy Spaghetti from the Nine Circles of Hell" challenge, because I can see Nine Levels of PAIN. Another reason I run from agonizingly hot dishes (they go away from flavor and more to heat and pain; the late Carl "The Cuban" Ruiz warned ANYONE using spice for heat and pain is admitting they Can't Really Cook).

I'm literally eating a bowl of Spaghetti and Ghost Pepper. I'm thinking it may have been even hotter and an extract + powder as well as the peppers on top. I've seen her do spicy challenges and I don't think Ghost Pepper would stop her.
