Looks very yummy.. I bet there is good tuna flavor in that. Have you ever tried coating tofu with cornstarch to get golden? You press the tofu between 2 plates with paper towels under and above with a weight on top to remove liquid. Slice the tofu and you could cube it also. Then sprinkle slices or cubes with the 1-2 Tbs of cornstarch evenly. You can then use 2 Tbsp of oil to fry the tofu instead of using so much oil. When you remove and cube up the tofu put it on a wire rack to finish the dish. The wire rack keeps it from getting steamed in like in a pile or on a plate.
