In terms of taste, Buldak 3X noodles are actually equivalent to Level 15 Boncabe noodles, although there are spicier ones such as Level 30 Boncabe noodles and Level 50 max.

And proper metal chopsticks! 😁 What I've found out works well with soothing spicy food, is sweet juicy fruits. Like fresh juicy pine apple or any sweet citrus. What I also recommend with Samyang instant noodles is cook them first to almost done. Then drain all the water and rinse in cold water. That will also remove some of the fat it's been fried in. Although you'll also loose some starch, but you can always add a little corn starch or potato starch sludge if you're looking for that creaminess.

1. Buldak 3x is cooked incorrectly. 2. What makes an instant noodle spicy is its broth. 3. I recommend cooking all of it in the pan (except for the self boil one) 4. Put the exact amount of water. That's the reason why it's not spicy enough. Too much water or sort.
