Yeah but last time they talked she had Peter thinking they had a son (which they didn’t) and early dialogue stated that Peter can get super weird around her hence why when she spoke to both of them Peter sounded surprised while Miles just casually said “Hey Felicia” like she’s just like a colleague or pin pal, and on top of that Peter literally said she wouldn’t listen to him when he tells her she’s in danger given their history and the whole point of the mission was having someone who she didn’t know tell her the news about the hunters.

It feels a bit spiteful to me on the part of the writers, the way Black Cat was handled. It's pretty clear most players preferred this version of BC over Insomniac's version of MJ, and they didn't like that.
