Anti Venom only cures diseases. It wouldn't cure Peter's powers because it's not a disease. As for Silk, the might not have her appear. She might get her powers in like the ending of SM3 just like how Miles got his powers at the ending of SM1. We could have Venom instead since a Venom spin off game is coming before SM3

Depends on when PS6 releases. There are many rumours and predictions that it might release in 2030. The leaks says SM3 is coming in 2028 (delays may vary). Even if it releases in PS6, it could be an early PS6 title and have it release on PS5 too

And no he's not making the Goblin serum/formula to cure Harry, he's making it to become the villain and kill Spider-Men. That's why he was asking Doc Ock for Spider-Man's identity in the end.

We actually saw Norman's foreshadowing into green goblin from the first game as when your playing as MJ in Norman's penthouse you can see a prototype combat mask on the table and hand grenades in his secret lab
