I think Peter Parker inherited Tony's Company on Tony's will.He sees himself in Young Peter Parker. That's why we see Happy involved with him heavily now. I think Stark Industries would become Parker Industries..Peter is as smart as Tony too. Spiderman and Black Panther duo could be the next Iron-man and Captain America duo too.

We don't need a Multiverse for Miles in the MCU. He was already mentioned in Spider-man Homecoming. If Miles survived Thanos' snap, then he'd be 5 years older now, potentially around Peter's age.
