It was very nice for you to appreciate this fan film because unfortunately many youtubers do not take very kindly at this fan film and many people considered this one of the worst spider-man fan film of all time, and I don't blame them to be honest, I would rather watch reaction or reviews of Spider-man Lotus rather than watching this fan film.

Fan-films are usually a legal grey area. If they were making millions of dollars, then the IP holder might copyright them, but all they did was raise money, then use that money to make this film and release it for free on youtube
