Oh boy, Tony suckered Peter Into all of his worst schemes and then left with the bag every time but when ever Peter asks for any sort of help Tony will either refuse him outright or will turn against him for literally no reason. A few months ago on Ironman's run Tony called Pete saying he wanted his opinion on science stuff, Pete who rarely gets recognized for his genius got exited for this but then when he got there Tony just hits him In the shin with a metal cane, Tony didn't care about Pete's opinion at all he just wanted to test If the special metal of his cane would be ignored by Pete's spider-sense.

Version dependent, of course. Some versions, like Ultimate (Game, more specifically), are just barely separate minds, well others, like the 2000 game Venom, just kinda mellow out and vibe with Eddie. And then you have Nemesis and Lego Venom, where Brock is basically sitting it out, and Venom does all the legwork.
